Sarah brings over twenty years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of helping businesses generate revenue and accelerate growth.

In 2018, Sarah founded her own recruitment and HR outsourcing business, growing it into a successful, established company before selling it in 2024.

That journey gives her something many people simply don’t have. First-hand experience of what it actually takes to win new business consistently, build momentum, and scale.

It’s this experience that shapes how she works today.

Sarah partners with SMEs to effectively outsource their sales function, acting as a true extension of their team.

She builds pipelines, creates opportunities, and drives new business through consistent, focused activity that delivers results.

With extensive experience in professional networking, relationship building, and strategic outreach, she knows how to connect businesses with the right people in the right way, without the noise, the pressure, or the wasted effort.

Known for her authentic, straight-talking style, Sarah focuses on what genuinely works.

She cuts through the fluff, builds meaningful relationships, and creates the kind of consistent sales activity that leads to long-term growth.

She is also a certified DiSC workplace personality profiler, her business Team Ambition, gives her the ability to assess, train, and adapt sales approaches based on different personality styles. This allows her clients to not only generate opportunities, but convert them more effectively.

She combines a highly commercial mindset with a people-first approach, using her deep understanding of human behaviour to open doors, build trusted relationships, and turn conversations into real, tangible opportunities.

Her mission is simple. To help businesses increase revenue by taking the pressure out of sales, and replacing it with a clear, consistent route to new business.

Today, Nadine is the owner of Effective Business Network, a business she acquired and has since grown, strengthened, and reshaped into a network built on genuine relationships and real opportunities.

Across Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and beyond, she has created communities where business owners don’t just show up, they build connections that actually go somewhere.

Straight-talking when it matters, commercially sharp, and deeply connected, she brings both strategy and heart into every client relationship.

Nadine has built her entire career around people, business, and what actually makes both work.

Before running multiple businesses, she spent fifteen years in retail management, leading multi-million pound turnover stores and large teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

That’s where she developed her commercial instinct, learned how to make decisions quickly, and understood what genuinely drives results, not just what looks good on paper.

But her entrepreneurial streak started much earlier than that.

At just eight years old, she was already immersed in business, teaching herself to type so she could produce estimates and invoices for her dad’s building company.

Growing up around a successful business shaped how she sees the world. Opportunity, relationships, and taking action have always come naturally.

Alongside her retail career, she also gained experience across hospitality and customer-facing roles, further reinforcing one thing she’s always known.

Business is, and always will be, about people. Nadine understands that sales isn’t about scripts, pressure, or chasing quick wins.

It’s about starting the right conversations, building trust quickly, and opening doors that lead to meaningful opportunities.

She has spent years doing exactly that, connecting business owners, facilitating introductions, and helping people get in front of the right conversations at the right time.

She is focused on helping businesses grow through authentic, conversation-led outreach. The kind that doesn’t feel forced or scripted, but instead cuts through the noise and creates genuine engagement with the right people.

She doesn’t just generate conversations, she understands how those conversations fit into the bigger picture of a business, and how to keep momentum moving once opportunities start to build.

Nicola specialises in developing warm, personalised lead generation strategies that focus on what actually drives results. Real conversations, real relationships, and consistent opportunities.

She has a sharp ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into practical, long-lasting solutions.

That blend of commercial awareness, emotional intelligence, and straight-talking clarity means the outreach she creates feels natural, while still delivering measurable impact.

Alongside her role within KISS, Nicola also runs her own successful VA business, Virtual Assist by Nicola.

Working closely with multiple clients across different industries has strengthened her ability to quickly understand how a business operates, identify what matters most, and deliver focused, high-quality work that drives real results. That experience brings an additional layer to the way she supports clients.
