In 2018, Sarah founded her own recruitment and HR outsourcing business, growing it into a successful, established company before selling it in 2024.
That journey gives her something many people simply don’t have. First-hand experience of what it actually takes to win new business consistently, build momentum, and scale.
It’s this experience that shapes how she works today.
Sarah partners with SMEs to effectively outsource their sales function, acting as a true extension of their team.

With extensive experience in professional networking, relationship building, and strategic outreach, she knows how to connect businesses with the right people in the right way, without the noise, the pressure, or the wasted effort.

She is also a certified DiSC workplace personality profiler, her business Team Ambition, gives her the ability to assess, train, and adapt sales approaches based on different personality styles. This allows her clients to not only generate opportunities, but convert them more effectively.


Before running multiple businesses, she spent fifteen years in retail management, leading multi-million pound turnover stores and large teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
That’s where she developed her commercial instinct, learned how to make decisions quickly, and understood what genuinely drives results, not just what looks good on paper.
But her entrepreneurial streak started much earlier than that.
At just eight years old, she was already immersed in business, teaching herself to type so she could produce estimates and invoices for her dad’s building company.
Growing up around a successful business shaped how she sees the world. Opportunity, relationships, and taking action have always come naturally.
Alongside her retail career, she also gained experience across hospitality and customer-facing roles, further reinforcing one thing she’s always known.
Business is, and always will be, about people. Nadine understands that sales isn’t about scripts, pressure, or chasing quick wins.
It’s about starting the right conversations, building trust quickly, and opening doors that lead to meaningful opportunities.
She has spent years doing exactly that, connecting business owners, facilitating introductions, and helping people get in front of the right conversations at the right time.
